It could be suggested that the differences in the annual caseloads between surgeon volume categories defined in this study are only marginal.
The governors' association provided figures showing caseload increases between March and September of last year in, among other states, Mississippi (11 percent), South Carolina (10percentt), Florida (4percentt), Georgia (5percentt), Kansas (6 percent) and Michigan (3percentt).
