In mass-transit RFID cards, the chips and readers are designed and sold as a package, and even in the case of retailing they are carefully designed to be interoperable.
"There's not, so far, a clear indication of massive or systematic fraud, but there will very likely be quite a few cases of retail fraud combined with widespread irregularities," said Staffan de Mistura, the United Nations special representative here.
But there are no known cases of retail investors losing capital in a money fund.

When the home furnishings chain Restoration Hardware was preparing for a public stock offering in June 1998, it appeared to be the rare case of a retail concept that could remake its market.
Had they done nothing, the consequences would have been ugly indeed, from complete failure of their accounting and billing systems to, in the case of some retail firms, an inability to do business at all.
But ask why those banks that wrecked the economy – and, in the case of the retail ones, are often loathed by their customers – have not been replaced by more dynamic entrants instead of being salvaged by the state.
