'carefully proofread' is a correct and usable phrase in written English.
It is often used to describe the process of reading something to look for mistakes before it is published or distributed. For example, "The document was carefully proofread before it was sent out to the public."
The biggest risk with using free voice recognition software is getting inaccurate results, so before posting the transcribed draft, take the time to carefully proofread it or hire a professional proofreader.
Do not send any note unless it is very, very carefully proofread.
