However, compared to results of RTF rate (Fig. 1a), there seemed to be even larger variations of CFR when GRP per capita was low (see the left half of both Fig. 2a, b) and more shape declines of CFR when GRP per capita was high (see the right half of both Fig. 2a, b).
I show the debt level on the left axis, the 10-year forward per capita growth rate — Britain's rate of per capita growth in the 10 years after each date — on the right axis.
With a population of 3.5 million and GDP per capita of $2,038 (2012, data do not include the districts on the left side of the river Dniester and the municipality of Bender), Moldova is one of the poorest countries in Europe although it has experienced economic growth in recent years [ 20, 21].
In the graph below, a country that manages to get to the left side of the line has seen real per-capita income improvement from 1960 to 2010.

There is, unsurprisingly, a strong and negative association between the extreme-poverty headcount and GDP per capita; as countries grow richer we expect the incomes of the poorest to increase (see left-hand chart).
The corresponding timelines for GDP per capita are displayed in Fig. 6, the results for the in-space placebo study can be found in the left part of Fig. 7.
Other members make larger per capita contributions.
But Capita has been more cautious.
