'camera plane' is not a correct and usable phrase in written English.
Usually 'camera' and 'plane' are separate words. You could use this phrase in informal writing, such as a blog post, if you are talking about an aerial camera mounted to a plane. For example: "We took aerial footage of the city with our camera plane."
