If you don't know a calm song, listen to one.
If it's a slow and calm song, make a sad/worried look.
If you're writing a slow, calm song, only use full/barre chords, or there will be nothing in the song worth listening to.
But if you do need an outfit depending on what you activity is make sure it is appropriate (so if you are singing a calm song don't go on wearing a rock costume unless it is for comedy. Be confident.
