Also, the direction of the OI towards a familiar, same sex caller (FS) did not differ significantly from the direction of the OI towards an unfamiliar, same sex caller (US; Wilcoxon test: Z = −1.127, p = 0.260, N = 12).
Based on the three sessions together, we found a significant orientation bias in the response to calls of an unfamiliar, other sex caller (UO; Binomial test: p = 0.021, N = 16), but not of an unfamiliar, same sex caller (US; Binomial test: p = 0.454, N = 16; Table S2).
