Think of the caller this way: a hard-working, first-generation American; the daughter of a Pittsburgh steelworker; a survivor of the Great Depression; the widow of a World War II veteran; a mother of seven, grandmother of eight, great-grandmother of three.
(As an example of how this might work: if a particular number is connecting with dozens of people over a short period of time and the calls are not lasting for more than a few seconds, you can start to build a profile of what kind of caller this might be).
