Given the large size of the field of radionuclide therapy, this review is limited to those oncology indications for which there is substantial literature concerning dose calculations, with in-depth discussion thereof.
PKSIM is based on finding interaction spots developed for docking calculations [2] and the maximal overlap thereof.
