Therefore, we considered an empirical and moderate effective coefficient of friction of 0.4 (Shan et al. 2013a, b; Xiong et al. 2010, 2017) for our ΔCFS calculation and discussion.
Further calculation and discussion reveals that nitrogen addition not only influences the concentrations of atomic hydrogen, methyl and acetylene, but also produces CN radicals, which actively participate in surface reactions, resulting in strong dependence of deposition rate and quality on nitrogen addition amount.
