We argue that the sources of these biases can be broadly categorized into four groups: (a) genomic copy number variations, (b) mapping bias, (c) sequencing bias, and (d) chromatin and/or experimental bias.
The alteration (increased G mutations) is closely associated with SHM and/or AID hotspots and causes a G over C strand bias.
