We reproduced the three data sets by Völker et al. (1997) [ 25] using three values for kdps: 1 (wild type, continuous line), 0.6 (RsbX reduced, dashed line), and 0.3 (RsbX low, dash-dotted line).
Considering the row-readout process and using the dual sampling approach, it is possible to resolve the saturation problem of W and improve the sensitivity by using two W values at the same time.
