The concentration of the drug achieving 50% growth inhibition (GI50), total growth inhibition (TGI), and 50% cytotoxicity (LC50) was determined by using the dose-response curves with five concentration points of Fe-SP ranging from 10 nM to 100 µM (Fig. 1C).
