They refer to the testing data not taking part in learning in tenfold cross-validation mode and correspond to the application of two abovementioned classifiers associated with different sets of input attributes (without selection and selection made by FCBF, CFS, and Fisher).
Together, these data can be accounted for by a framework in which perceptual selection and selection in WM are separate mechanisms that interact through a shared spatial priority map.
For example, negative frequency-dependent selection (NFDS), in which rare morphs are favored by selection, and overdominant selection, in which heterozygotes have higher fitness than either homozygote, is theoretically predicted to establish clinal variation in allele (morph) frequency [ 6, 27].
Despite this, our data show that the usage of AT3 codons is enhanced markedly in highly expressed genes (not expected under mutational pressure; see also Optimal codon usage is shaped by selection), and thus is consistent with selection favoring these optimal codons in genes that experience high rates of transcription.
