However, in our case, as it was shown by our FTIR analysis (see previous section), a hydrogen in different bonding is desorbed from GO at temperatures below 180 °C.
Previous mRNA expression analysis of OBF-1 deficient B cells have indicated a role for this factor in regulating several genes, including Lck, Kcnn4, cdc37, Myla, Ms4a11 or S100a10 [37], [37], some of which were confirmed by our present analysis (see Figure 3B).
Of the 23 genes selected by our MCD analysis (see Results), 17 were represented in either dataset.
This interpretation is supported by our SplitsTree analysis (see Additional File 1) and the present molecular results (see Figure 1), which clearly signal independent evolutionary origins for all the different mesopsammic Heterobranchia included here.
First, transitions and transversions were plotted against divergence based on general time reversible (GTR) distances (a GTR model was selected as the best fitting evolutionary model by our phylogenetic analysis, see next section).
This similarity was demonstrated by our clustering analysis (see section 2C of additional file 1), which interestingly, revealed a cluster of five 17 kDa Hsp20 proteins that included both class I and II nuclear/cytosolic proteins.
All 13 polymorphisms (12 SNPs and a single small insertion) that were called by our analysis were verified (see Figure 2B).
However neither of the studies could supply 9% of the IMAGE clones of the DN and LN list and 32% of the DL list (90% cut-off), each of which corresponds to a novel contribution by our meta-analysis (see Additional file 8 for meta-analysis specific gene lists).
For all DR gene duplicate pairs that were detected as evolving asymmetrically by our Domain Specific Analysis (see Results), separately at each developmental stage, we computed the ratio of intersection and union of expression domains for the two paralogs.
