Given occasional dysplasia of blood cell lineages other than erythrocytes in DBA patients, we determined whether Rpl11 deficiency affected the development and proliferation of granulocytes, lymphocytes, and myelocytes by observing the cellular markers ikzf1, spi1, and mpx, respectively.
