In practice, new evolutionary changes, including new genes, are seriously underestimated by this approach (Zhang et al. 2012).
Examples include new and traditional medicine practices such as various forms of acupuncture.
Best practice examples include new construction and retrofits.
The key findings in relation to rural practice summarised in (Table 2) were endorsed by all participating GPs and includes new information that was forthcoming after the focus group.
At the same time, the questionnaire included new questions about youth's knowledge, attitude and practice.
Some of these approaches include new ownership models through network ownership, new employment and making new funding arrangements available for all practices.

Several factors are known to enable or hamper the adoption of a new practice including the mechanism by which information about the practice is delivered, attributes of the practice, physician characteristics, and elements of the practice environment [ 17- 19].
Thus, results of the present paper are not biased by this new practice.
