Alternatively, differences between the cell types targeted by each class of compounds may account for improved activity.
The model was trained using the Expectation-Maximisation (E-M) algorithm — references and formulae are given in Additional File 3. The training was continued until convergence was achieved for the proportion of the genome represented by each class and for the base proportions within each class.
