We resolve this by computing a consensus segmentation.
A consensus map is formed by computing a consensus restriction pattern for Rmaps that share compatible patterns and are therefore highly likely to have originated from the same place in the genome.

We present a method for computing a consensus tree of multiply-labeled trees.
