The word 'butterface' is a slang term commonly used in spoken language, particularly in North America, to describe someone who has an attractive body but an unattractive face. It is considered to be a derogatory term and should only be used in appropriate contexts. Example: "Did you see the new girl in class? She has a great body but her face is a total butterface."
