Similarly as the taxa of the subgenus Illyriobanatica, O. zilchi features a very short branch in the H4/ H3 tree, but not in the mt trees.
GST-Dyn1331kDa shows unidirectional processive movement on Ase1-coated single MTs, but not in Ase1-generated MT overlaps.
This CGI also overlaps chromatin with enhancer- and promoter-type histone modifications in HMEC but not in Mb and Mt samples (Fig. S3 ).
The unusually high ratios of 5hmC to 5mC that we found at tested intragenic and intergenic CpG sites of various Notch signaling genes in skeletal muscle tissue, brain, and heart, but not in Mb or Mt, are consistent with the proposed tissue- and stage-specific role for 5hmC in regulating transcription of these genes.
Lastly, the EphA2 receptor tyrosine kinase, a regulator of mammary gland branching morphogenesis [ 100], which drives Ras-ERK1/2 and RhoA GTPase signalling, has been shown to enhance tumour formation in MMTV-Neu mice, but not in MMTV-PyV MT mice [ 101], again potentially linking the ERK1/2 pathway to ErbB2-induced tumourigenesis.
Clear lesions are detected in the arthritic PyV MT bones but not in the non-arthritic PyV MT bones.
In accordance with these results, our study revealed that in the liver, but not in skeletal muscles, changes in MT proteins and their corresponding transcripts mostly related to fatty acids metabolism pathways.
