StoPCNA1 and StoPCNA3 interacted with each other, so did StoPCNA2 and StoPCNA3, but no interaction between StoPCNA1 and StoPCNA2 was observed.
A mixed effects linear model (V˙o2 = ODBA + Activity Level + ODBA*Activity Level + Toad ID[random] + ODBA*Toad ID; R2 = 0.81) indicated a significant relationship between V˙o2 and ODBA (P<0.001) but no interaction between ODBA and activity level (P = 0.574).
