Postoperative correlational analysis showed a significant but negative correlation between this activation and postoperative verbal learning scores in patients with left TLE, who did not have a significant postoperative verbal memory decline, characterized by greater postoperative activation being associated with worse performance on neuropsychological tests.
We generally detected positive correlations when both domains come from large chromosomes or small chromosomes, but negative correlation between a domain of a small chromosome and a domain of a large chromosome, suggesting that correlations between coexpression domains depend on gene density (Figure 4).
