CC architecture consists of YBCO film grown on biaxially textured Ni-alloys tapes buffered with a single layer of CeO2.
Two 50ul aliquots of supernatant were reacted to completion at 50°C with 50ul glucosidase enzyme (2U/ml in 200 mM acetate buffer) and a single aliquot was incubated with 50ul sodium acetate buffer (200 mM, pH 4.0) as a reagent blank in a 2 ml × 96 well deep-well plate in the Thermomixer for 20 min.
After cell lysis by French press and removal of cell debris by centrifugation, clear lysates were loaded onto a HisTrap Ni-NTA column (GE Healthcare, UK), washed with 100 ml Ni-NTA buffer A. Proteins were eluted with a single step of Ni-NTA buffer A supplemented with 250 mM imidazole.
The results showed that, compared with the run without cornstalk buffer strip, the run with continuous cornstalk buffer strip in three successive rainfall events reduced sediment yield by 29.1% while the other two runs with cornstalk buffer strip in a single event only reduced sediment yield by 2.0% 9.1%, and early buffer run had a larger reduction in soil erosion than late buffer run.
Briefly, the cells were rinsed with PBS and lysed with RLB lysis buffer by performing a single freeze-thaw cycle.
The experimental results show that the proposed architecture can achieve almost linear speedup upto four rasterizers with a single frame buffer.
