"brutally of" is not a correct or commonly used phrase in written English
It is possible that it could be used in spoken colloquial English, but it would not be considered grammatically correct or widely accepted. Example: "The murderer was brutally of mind and body, causing fear in all who crossed his path." Instead, a more grammatically correct and commonly used phrase could be "brutal in mind and body" or "possessed a brutal nature."
