The seafood options are also fitting: seared sea scallops, a brioche roll stuffed with sweet — and filling — hunks of lobster (too bad it's available only at brunch), and a plate of ceviche-style local black sea bass, cured in citrus juices and tossed with grapefruit, dill, cilantro and fennel.
At Sunday brunch, every prettily plated entree on the short menu exuded freshness — from the chilled Montauk lobster salad with its field greens, avocado and fingerling potatoes, to the summery niçoise salad, laden with line-caught, sashimi-style tuna, arugula, hard-boiled egg, haricots verts and potatoes.
