For example in 3q, serous tumors showed broader amplifications in the region of 3q13.31-29 while focal amplification was observed for clear cell tumors at 3q26.2-26.32.
The broad amplification of analog hearing aids serves little purpose for patients who have trouble hearing high-frequency sounds, although many of them may be helped by digital hearing aids that amplify only the high-frequency sounds.
