By hybridization, the α1-peak in the tan δ curve broadened and its intensity lowered as the initial TEOS content increased.
For SD, the –OH stretching bands broadened and the intensity of the bands decreased to minimal, indicating specific degree of interaction between the proton donating groups of PCZ and the proton accepting groups in the Sol.
Importantly, the comparison also reveals that several cross-peaks in the spectra of the mutants (i) are missing (red triangles in Figure 7), (ii) are broadened and have intensities significantly lower than those of their counterparts in the spectrum of wt HasAp (blue squares), or (iii) are split (green diamonds).
As the concentration increased, the LSPR bands shifted toward longer wavelength, the bandwidth broadened, and the peak intensity increased.
The spectra clearly illustrate that the signals of the protons of the hydrophobic block (e.g., protons "1" or "4"), which are well resolved in chloroform, are broadened and apparently loose intensity in DMSO (Fig. 7a).
The pdf's were symmetrical about a mean of zero, as the turbulence intensity was increased the pdf's broadened and became flatter.
It is obvious that by increasing the milling time, the intensity of the peaks are decreased, broadened, and shifted to lower degrees.
This is illustrated in Figure 2(B), where a value of 1 indicates that the resonance associated with that particular residue is no longer apparent (highly broadened), and a value of 0 indicates no change in resonance intensity (not broadened).
It deteriorates with spectroscopic lines broadening and merging, line intensity decreases and position shifting with decrease in annealing temperature.
With the Sb spray time increased to 22.5 s, however, the InAs QD phonon peaks present broaden and decrease in intensity, with the peaks becoming less resolved.
