This paper presents comprehensive information on mortality by including individual breed patterns of death for overall mortality and by category-specific causes.
Interestingly, we found high levels of CNV diversity within breeds, suggesting that structural variation may be an important source of genetic variation contributing to within breed patterns of phenotypic diversity.
