The phrase "brazen voice" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe a voice that is bold, shameless, or audacious, often in a context where someone is speaking confidently or defiantly.
Example: "She spoke with a brazen voice, challenging the authority of the panel without hesitation."
Alternatives: "bold voice" or "audacious tone."
