The application of the procedure yields various aggregate influential-based branch profiles along with cluster profiles.
The predicted branch profiles, at a stand age of 29 years, for a tree of average DBH in unthinned stands with different initial stand densities (Fig. 5d) indicate that an initial stand density of at least 1333 stems ha−1 would be necessary to ensure branches in the lower stem are below 40 mm.
Again, the early branching profile and the branch lengths following nodes of divergence have greater or similar lengths than between species in other genera (C ryptosporidium hominis and C. parvum and Leishmania infantum and L. major).
