WASHINGTON, Oct. 31 — A Senate Foreign Relations sub committee said today that the executive branch engaged in excessive secrecy on foreign agreements to the point of try ing to prevent publication of questions raised by Senators and to censor information al ready made public.
Attorney General Cuomo, based on numerous customer complaints, accused the company of keeping customers on hold for hours when they called in to the helpline, not providing warranty services or technical support, while the financial services branch engaged in abusive debt collection practices, misled consumers about the financing terms, and failed to provide rebates.
In some highly publicized instances, different branches engaged in military operations were simply unable to communicate with each other.
One of the ways it does this is to allow periodic disclosures that let the voters and the Congress see behind the curtain, reassuring them that most of the troubling things the executive branch engages in will eventually come to light.
Rather, they posit that in combination with careful climbing and bridging between branches, Ardipithecus engaged in "above-branch" quadrupedal behaviors, not unlike what has been suggested for the stem ape, Proconsul (Lovejoy et al. 2009b).
