The full length of mouse Retn cDNA is 1139 base pairs (bps) with a coding sequence (CDS) of 345 bps positioning from 85 to 429 bp, encoding the full length protein (GeneBank accession no. NM_022984.4).
The assembled cDNA sequence of Oe-Chitinase I was 947 bp with an ORF coding for a polypeptide containing 264 amino acids with a theoretical pI of 5.61.
The assembled cDNA sequence of Oe-PRp27 was 926 bp with an ORF coding for a polypeptide containing 229 amino acids.
The coding region closely resembles that of the tobacco elements (NsEPRV, NtoEPRV) in size with 1779 bp for CP, 1293 bp for MP, 1933 bp for POL which overlaps with TAV (1279 bp) forming a coding region of 6221 bp.
So far, the only one reported genome among giant vibriophages is KVP40: 244,835 bp with 26% coding regions that have T4 homologs.
The circular chromosome consists of 4,239,731 bp with 4,380 coding sequences, including 4,303 coding DNA sequences and 59 RNA genes, and representing 90.28% of the whole genome (fig. 1).
The canine G-6-Pase cDNA is 2346 bp, with a 5' untranslated region of 87 bp, a coding region of 1071 bp, and a 3' untranslated region of 1185 bp.
It has a length of 2,331 bp with an open reading frame coding for a protein of 776 amino acid residues, corresponding to a theoretical molecular mass of 85.1 kDa and isoelectric point of 4.4.
The M. abscessus (sensu stricto) genome consists of a circular chromosome of 5,067,172 base pairs (bp) including 4,920 predicted coding sequences (CDS) with a coding capacity of 93%, and a G+C content of 64% other than in the prophage region (59.5%) (Table 1 and Fig. 1A).
