Our most novel, and potentially important, finding was that if C>B, and producers and nonproducers coexisted at equilibrium, nonproducers were almost always found on the edge (boundary) of clusters of producers; more specifically, nonproducers were found between clusters of producers and areas of open space (i.e., open slots; Figures 1, 2 and 3).
Once the cluster was isolated, a boundary of cluster was automatically generated by Tint software (Axona, UK).
The method was also extended to detect the boundaries of clusters in 2-D digital images acquired from fluidized beds.
Such systems may produce very poor results if the arbitrary boundaries of the grading system do not coincide with the natural boundaries of clusters of cases.

On the other hand, cooperative communications in such clustering EH-WSN are easier to understand: the dash-dotted lines represent the boundaries of clusters, and the black-colored nodes denote the cluster heads, while the straight lines with arrow are data transmission procedures, as is shown in Fig. 1.
In some cases, the boundaries of clusters detected in all three datasets coincide (Fig. 5).
Occasionally, both the left and right boundaries of clusters of starvation-induced genes coincide with the boundaries of adjacent clusters of starvation-repressed genes on either side, or vice versa (Figs. 1, 4A).
After identification of candidate clusters, OrthoMCL results were manually inspected to exclude those regions that were not chemotype-specific gene clusters as defined above and to manually adjust the boundaries of clusters that did meet this definition.
Our approach was designed to determine genomic loci that are responsible for the most abundant production of piRNAs in order to compare piRNA clusters between species, rather than to identify precise boundaries of clusters.
