Both types of map content investigated (Figure 3) were viewed as helpful to some degree by the majority of respondents, with 95.2% of respondents ranking the fixed ash threshold map (Figure 3A), and 89.4% ranking the fixed probability threshold map (Figure 3B), as very helpful, helpful, or somewhat helpful (Figure 8).
Both types of Payload maps can come in single-round or multiple-round maps.
As can be seen in Table 2, there are fewer connected terms in both types of concept maps from both groups.
To objectively analyze the data from these heat maps, we defined a set of criteria to use in classifying motif pairs into three groups; a flow chart of this process is shown in Figure 2. Briefly, in the Class 1 pairs, co-occurrences are found mainly in the vicinity of TSSs [-500 to +500] in both types of heat maps.
During a geomagnetic storm, both types of daily ROTI maps, derived from ground-based and LEO GPS measurements, could represent the pattern of irregularities oriented in the local noon-midnight direction, which can be considered as an indicator of SAPS and TOI development across the polar cap region. .
Equal preference of fixed ash threshold and fixed probability threshold maps indicates that there are audiences for both types of probabilistic volcanic hazard map content, and that offering different types of outputs is a valuable aspect of probabilistic volcanic hazard analysis tools.
In addition, both types of gene identifiers were mapped to the corresponding HGNC symbols.
We developed a computational method for automatically mapping both types of orthology on a per-nucleotide basis in gene cluster regions studied by comparative sequencing, and we make this mapping accessible by visualizing the output.
