It is recognised that both of these subgroups of patients represent a separate population with separate underlying causes.
Risk-adjusted OPG were developed for these subgroups of interest.
In both of these subgroups, increasing HVC score predicted all-cause and CVD mortality, independently of potential confounders.
In terms of the primary end points in both of these subgroups, ATX-101 2 mg/cm was superior to the placebo.
Both of these subgroups remained significantly higher than children unexposed to these antibiotics during the study period.
In contrast, MYCN amplification, mostly occurring in SHH or Group 4 medulloblastomas, is still prognostic in both of these subgroups (Fig. 4b, d), but did not hold up in the multivariate analyses (Table 1).
