Here, we expression profile 430 miRNA loci in 145 tumors that have also been characterized by high resolution aCGH, allowing identification of miRNAs which are associated with patient survival, differentially expressed in genetic subtypes, and that have been dysregulated by both over-expression of the MYCN transcription factor and large-scale chromosomal imbalances.
In the present study, three genetically modified P. pastoris strains, ZJGSU1 with over- expression of Sam 2, ZJGSU2 with disruption of Cbs and ZJGSU3 with both over-expression of Sam 2 and disruption of Cbs, were constructed and yields of SAM in these three strains in flasks were determined and compared.
