Furthermore, the acetyltransferases p300 and PCAF [p300/CBP associated factors (Yang et al, 1996)] both localize at functional, but not at inactive, centromeres (Supplementary Figure S4) (Craig et al, 2003; Choi et al, 2009).
When N'ezrin was expressed in pre-formed, fully polarized monolayers, Podocalyxin and NHERF-1 both remained localized at the apical membrane (figure 5A, B).
