These mustard croutons, adapted from those in Suzanne Goin's inspiring book Sunday Suppers At Lucques (Alfred Knopf, 2005), are a brilliant thing to have to hand and to sprinkle over gratins and salads.
Goin's restaurants include A.O.C., Lucques, Tavern, the Larder at Maple Drive, the Larder at Burton Way and the soon to open Larder at Tavern at the Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX. Goin's first book, "Sunday Suppers at Lucques", featuring recipes from Lucques, her first restaurant, earned her a James Beard Award. .
