"bony about" is not a grammatically correct phrase
It is possible that it was intended to be "boned about," which could be used in a sentence like: "The chicken was already boned about, making it easier to cook." However, this would be an informal and somewhat unusual way of saying this. It would be more common to say "The chicken was already deboned," or "The chicken was already prepared for cooking," depending on the context.
