The best effects were observed in FLT3-ITD cell lines when both drugs were administered simultaneously, with CIs of 0.77 and 0.41 at a combination of doses that effectively blocked 90% of cell proliferation (ED90) for MOLM-13 and MV4-11, respecTabley (Table 1).
TP53 activation can induce a transient (cell cycle arrest) or a permanent block of cell proliferation (senescence), or can induce the activation of cell death pathways in response to genotoxic stress [ 42].
