TAKE a mansion for sale on a singular block of Fifth Avenue, designed by a Gilded Age architect whose work defined an aesthetic that forever changed the landscape of the well-to-do corners of New York, throw in a $49 million price tag, and you have a blockbuster listing that is going on the market this weekend.
The robust debut of the state construction giant came on the heels of the blockbuster listing of Sichuan Expressway, which doubled on its debut in Shanghai on Monday.
James Franklin of McClatchy-Tribune News Service put the film as the worst of his "summer blockbuster bombs" list, giving it a rating of four stars for "traumatic" on his scale of how the films "generate a perverse sense of nostalgia".
Ant Financial, which was formerly known as Alipay, was spun out of Alibaba prior to the firm's blockbuster U.S. listing and it is tipped to go public in China within the next two years.

Elsewhere, Hollywood blockbusters dominated the list of the most commercially successful films of 2014, with Dawn of the Planet of the Apes in third place grossing £32.63 million.
"The Hulk" and "The Matrix Reloaded" -- one of them written by James Schamus, who teaches at Columbia, the other featuring a cameo by Cornel West, a philosopher who recently returned to Princeton from Harvard -- are the latest, and perhaps the most extreme, examples of a new Hollywood subgenre, the summer-reading-list blockbuster.
They are also beloved by commercial and private pilots, the official on the ground gear of the US Army - and adored by Hollywood's biggest A-List blockbuster stars - on and off the screen.
