A "Lite Bite" menu is being designed by Michelin-starred French chef Jean Gysemans and there will be Mediterranean-style barbeques in the summer.

The tasting menus -- seven courses for both regular and vegetarian, and a 16-course "bite" menu -- include some inventive Swedish-inspired cuisine, like the foie gras ganache with lobster rhubarb ravioli and fava bean purée and seaweed and taro root cannelloni with water chestnut and tea broth.
For the bargains, look to the worryingly named "light bites" menu.
The long bar, with an inspired late-night "bar bites" menu (available at dinner, too), occupies the left wall, separated from the dining area.
The Four Seasons Seattle introduced a Flight Bites menu last year, with meals like pasta salad with grilled eggplant and tomatoes, cured meats, pickles and cookies served in compostable containers, for $30.

Starbucks has been testing out its evening alcohol and light bites menu at just a handful of locations, but plans to expand "Starbucks Evenings" to thousands of locations, Chief Operating Officer Troy Alstead told Bloomberg.
