'bite being' is not a correct and usable part of a sentence in written English
To make it grammatically correct, you can say "bite the bullet". This phrase refers to accepting a difficult situation and facing it bravely. Example sentence: In the end, I had to bite the bullet and accept the job that I didn't particularly want.
