This article provides a legal normative assessment on the basis of a specific case, the Biogas grid Noordoost Fryslân.
From December 2011 until February 2012, we studied the regional case of Biogas grid Noordoost Fryslân (in Dutch: Biogasleiding Noordoost Fryslân; henceforth BIONOF).
