CMDB7 decreased the I-VEGF165-specific binding to A431 cells at concentrations ranging from 0.1 to 50 μ M with a half-maximum inhibitory effect (IC50) at concentration 2 μ M. The tumours appeared in 100% of mice 6 days after A431 cell inoculation.
