2) To further address the impact of the ADDA mutation in the interdomain linker on the affinity of the linker for BiP's binding site we compare the ability of an established BiP binding peptide [HTFPAVL], the wildtype interdomain linker [DTGDLVLLD] and the ADDA mutant derivative [DTGDADDAD] to compete for BiP oligomerization in vitro.
