At acidic pHs between 5.0 and 6.4, shFcRn exhibited substantial binding to the four subclasses of human IgGs at acidic pHs between 5.0 and 6.4, but at pHs between 6.8 and 8.0, its binding was negligible binding.
Thus, the molecular differences between the three subclasses of EAC that we identified were well associated with a remarkable difference in the clinical outcomes of these patients.
Except for NR2F2 (p<0.954), all genes were differentially expressed not only between the three subclasses of adenomas (t-test, p<0.05), but also between the four groups of follicular tumors (F-tests, p<0.05 for ADAMTS2, CABIN1, ALDH13, USP13; p = 0.06 for KRTHB5).
