To that end, we wish to highlight and elaborate on three areas of our results: the relationships between the exogenous variables, the relationships between the endogenous variables, and the relationships between the two sets.
To confirm the impact of psychological capital as a mediator between the exogenous variables (career adaptability, tolerance for ambiguity, need for achievement and mentoring support) and entrepreneurial intuition, the beta weights and p-value of the exogenous variables in Step 1 and Step 4 of the model were compared.
