Although it would be useful to distinguish between the strength of the different changes, the overall net effect is still important.
Perhaps most importantly, is there a causal relationship between different changes we observed and – if there is – what is the direction of causality?
We observed that E9 and L5 showed very similar distributions between the different types of changes related to either coding or noncoding genomic sequences, but L5 has approximately 10 times more differences in each category.
In an analysis of change between the different ages, differences in BMI for different age groups are calculated and regressed on the BMI of each of the other family members in turn.
The results focus on the sediment dynamics along a boundary of seafloor type A sediment patches (for positions, see Fig. 2. (A) Close to the coastline (water depths down to 10 m) the boundaries between the different seafloor types change in the order of tens of meters and are increasing (1), or decreasing (3), in coverage of type A sediments.
Due to the small numbers of respondents we could not differentiate between the different types of change in men's steady-relationship status.
It can be seen that after the square root and log transformation, the quantitative relationships between the different regions are changed, but the data after square root transformation appear homoscedastic.
Third, the ecological model of systems theory[ 23, 24] serves as an overall theoretical structure that enables analysis and allows conclusions to be drawn from diverse interventional data in various contexts, and thereby increases understanding of the relationships within and between the different levels of change.
One of the 7 a priori stated hypotheses about correlations between different change scores (change score = the difference between the scale score at NL T0 and NL T3) was confirmed (Table 4).
